Nora Naranjo-Morse has earned a national reputation as a contemporary artist whose work examines the changing social landscape of Native life. She is part of a well-known extended family of Santa Clara Pueblo potters whose matriarach was Rose Naranjo.

Naranjo-Morse began her career working with clay but has expanded her repertoitre to include other sculptural materials, painting, poetry and most recently video.
